  • What hours can I schedule an appointment for?
    Typical weekday hours are Tuesday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm. After hour appointments can be schedule but please *note a fee may apply for booking outside weekday hours.
  • Can I drop-in or do I have to schedule an appointment in advance?
    Clients are seen by appointment only. You can schedule an appointment here.
  • Are products available for purchase?
    Yes! The products shown online are sold in the salon. Please contact us in advance before stopping in to buy products. This ensures a cLio employee is onsight to assist you and we have the product(s) in stock.
  • How do I find out about pricing?
    Each head of hair is unique and beautiful - like you! Therefore, pricing is done on a case by case basis. Please reach out if you have any questions.
  • What happens if I cancel an appointment?
    Please read with care. We would like to begin with a big thank you to our guests! We feel our guests, who visit repeatedly, respect and value the professional nature of our work. While policies are here to protect stylists, they also protect guests waiting for an appointment. *Reservations for services under 3 hours require 48 hours notice. If an appointment is a no-show or cancelled outside of policy, the fee is 50% of services booked. *Reservations for services over 3 hours require 96 hours notice for cancellation. Upon booking, a non-refundable deposit for 50% of the service is collected. Cancellations outside of policy for these reservations will incur a fee for the remaining service total. *Deposits/fees are not applied to a future booking. *In those rare situations when life happens, we will work to fit you in. Our scheduling system records all occurrences to prevent abuse of our policies. Thank you for your understanding!
